I was born and raised in Slovenia in a family where entrepreneurship was part of daily life. Over fifty years ago, my grandfather started a small manufacturing business, and since then my parents have expanded that legacy by founding several new companies and acquiring others which are all now part of Marovt Group. From a young age, I saw what it meant to lead with vision, to work hard without pause, and to take pride in building something real. Business conversations were a constant presence whether in the car after school, at the lunch table, or even on vacation. I admired my parents’ drive and the life they were able to create through that effort.

Before turning to business, I spent nearly a decade as a competitive alpine skier, representing the Slovenian national team. Skiing taught me how to push past limits, stay focused under pressure, and keep going when things got hard. Those lessons stayed with me when I moved to the United States at eighteen to study and gain experience in finance, economics, and global business management.

Today I am focused on acquiring and operating a small to mid-sized manufacturing business in the United States. My approach is personal, hands-on, and long-term. I am not a private equity firm or a financial buyer looking for a quick exit. I am an individual who understands the deep commitment it takes to build a company and the responsibility that comes with carrying it forward. I am looking to partner with a business owner who cares about what they’ve built and wants to see it continue to thrive.
